Thank you for visiting and shopping at GetMyMask.ca. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. By processing your payment and placing an order with us, you accept said terms and conditions.

Canada & U.S. Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages
GetMyMask.ca is not liable for any lost, damaged, stolen or delayed packagest during shipping. If you received your package damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, GetMyMask.ca cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
